is goya jasmine rice gluten free

My picky 6 year old loved it as did my 15 year old. This recipe has calls for more rice than broth and even with the salsa and oil falls short of what is needed to provide enough moisture for the rice.

. Afterwards I added only bit of lime juice for freshness. I made the rice in the rice cooker with a chicken broth cube and added some Kaffir Lime Leaves into the rice cooker to give it a subtle lime flavor instead of the zest. It turned out fantastic.

Thanks for the recipe. Oh boy - note that most rice recipes on the back of the package have a ratio of 1 cup of rice to 15 cups of liquid. I didnt have heavy cream or Dijon on hand but used whole milk and spicy brown mustard.

Adjust riceliquid ratio to the back of the rice package guide for better results. Served with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. We are gluten free so I swapped out the flours.

I did make several adjustments. Had it with some Thai seafood soup I made.
